Long Creek Village

Welcome, new residents!

Congratulations on your new home! We’re thrilled to have you join our community and hope you’ll quickly feel right at home here in Long Creek Village.

When you purchased your property, you should have received a copy of the Homeowners Association’s governing documents — the Bylaws and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). These help us keep our neighborhood beautiful and maintain property values for everyone. If you did not receive them, you can access them through our management company, Saunders HOA Management LLC at saundershoa.com.

We also encourage you to set up your account on the Saunders online portal. This portal is your central resource for:
• Paying assessments and dues
• Viewing HOA and Board meeting minutes
• Submitting architectural requests (for additions like fences or sheds)
• Reporting maintenance issues or community concerns

Our HOA guidelines are simple and designed to keep Long Creek Village looking its best — things like mowing lawns and trimming bushes. As a resident, you also have access to the community pool. If the previous owner didn’t provide your key fob, please email longcreekvillagepool@gmail.com to request one.

We’re excited to have you as part of the Long Creek Village family! Please join us at our next quarterly HOA Homeowner Forum — it’s a great way to meet your neighbors and the Board members who help keep our community running smoothly.
Attached are documents for new residents which we hope you will find useful as you settle in.

Once again, welcome to Long Creek Village — we’re so glad you’re here!

Warm regards,

Long Creek Village Board of Directors
